human and anxiety

Anxiety is divided into 3 types, namely:
  • Anxiety about the reality / objective
  • Neurotic anxiety
  • And moral anxiety.

The third concern is actually no difference in terms of its kind, and only differ in the relationship source. whereas it has a character all the same. similarity properties of the three kinds of anxiety are equally unpleasant for those who experience it.

anxiety and experience possible hazards arising from innate nature, in the sense of the word that a person inherits a tendency to be afraid that if he was close to certain objects or a specific state of the environment. eg fear of darkness may be the nature of the previous generation.
they always face the danger during the night, before they have lighting equipment, which is it was revealed to their offspring.

neurotic anxiety can be differentiated into three forms, including:

  • Nervous or half a nervous reaction, which appears suddenly without any provocation that firm.

moral anxiety is a feeling of guilt or shame in the ego, which is caused by a perception of the dangers of conscience.

moral anxiety has a close bond with neurotis emergency, because the main enemies of the super-ego is a selection of primitive objects.

anxiety is a warning to the ego, that someone is in danger.
objective in the case of an emergency, if someone does not heed the warning, then something bad will happen to him.


action to be taken by people suffering from anxiety / anxiety is to act / work without requiring a lot of thought.
